Our Muay-thai class is about learning the art of 8 limbs in a western style from highly experienced professional coaches who have previously fought at a semi-professional & professional level in competition. These classes are programmed for beginner’s too advanced level’s and cater for member’s or casual who wish to practise as an enthusiast, amateur fighter or for those who wish to enter the professional ranking’s in this respectful and cultured sport. This is by far the most popular class on our timetable and we are extremely passionate in teaching and pushing our members & client’s through high level athletic fitness, technical skill’s & the cultural benefits of this amazing sport. It is up to you how far you wish to go.
Kickboxing Fitness classes are for the fitness enthusiasts that want cardio, coordination, kickboxing techniques, and most of all ‘Fun’! This class teaches the basic kickboxing techniques which then are jam packed into sequence fast paced combination’s which get your heart rate pumping! The beauty is you are too concentrated to realise how hard you are working & you can get life stresses out hitting the punch and kicking pads. This class also has kickboxing HIIT circuit’s which burn those calories at a high rate & focus specific muscle group’s the increase the lean muscle mass or generically termed ‘toned’ look. This is a class for everyone, but the females especially love this class.
