Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. The WOD Life may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(a) Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;

(b) an event beyond Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;

(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing takes its products and customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.  If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We will take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.

Please select carefully as there are no returns, exchanges or refunds provided on Nutritional or Supplement Products.

No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing in a non-resell-able condition, or outside our terms and conditions.

Please note that we will be only be providing a refund by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed.

RETURNS POLICY – WHAT’S YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS FOR SALE, PROMOTIONAL OR FREE ITEMS?

Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing helps you with great deals. Unfortunately, as these are end of season, close out or clearance items we are not able to receive returns on these items. The nature of these sales or promotions means that they are heavily discounted, so please take this into consideration when purchasing.

RETURNS PROCESS – HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  1. If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from receipt of purchase to return and obtain a refund.
  2. You must email glenn@survivorfitness.com.au with your intent to return and reasoning.
  3. Please ensure you include Your Name, Order Number, Shipping Address and details for return or exchange.
  4. You are responsible for the return of the product, in an unused, as new condition.
  5. You must select the appropriate method of shipping to return the product. We recommend using Australia Post Registered Mail, so you can track your return and confirmed we have received it.
  6. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the items or provide a store credit. We will not refund the cost of shipping.
  7. Where a replacement item is currently out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
  8. Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned goods, for your return to be processed.
  9. We will contact you as soon as the Return or Exchange has been processed by our returns department. Please do not email requesting updates as this will further delay the process.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS – MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?

If your gear becomes damaged or faulty after use, Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing will work together with you to resolve the issue. If your gear has been used according to its intended use and are still within the returns period, we will work together with you to organise a replacement or a refund.

We will not replace or refund gear that is damaged through incorrect use, outside the terms of use or through natural wear and tear.

If your gear does not arrive in original condition or there is a fault, we will work together with you to ensure you are provided with what you purchased. Please contact us with your order number and we will organise a replacement.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED – THE CORRECT ITEM WASN’T RECEIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

We acknowledge that at times, there may be mixed up items that are received. We will work with you immediately to ensure your correct item is received.

Please contact us with your order order number, the incorrect item and we will resolve this for you…..

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, you will be notified by one of our team as soon as possible.

Generally, If you have ordered a product and it is out of stock, we will make contact to suggest an alternative by either phone call or email before sending out the rest of your order.

If you have ordered a clearance item during a sale period we will refund you for that item, using the payment method you used, and immediately send out the rest of your order. We will inform you of this by email.

In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order. This may happen where the requested Product has an error in the price or in the product description posted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Survivor Fitness & Kickboxing is not to be held responsible for any customs duties or clearance payments at the receiving country. These clearance fees and customs duties are all unique to the country and are up to the customer to make payment.
