Important information about Survivor Fitness memberships, payments, cancellations and suspensions.

Membership terms

The complete terms and conditions for your chosen membership are provided through GymMaster and must be reviewed and accepted before joining.

Cooling-off period

New Queensland fitness memberships include a 48-hour cooling-off period. Your membership agreement explains how to cancel during this period and any permitted costs.

Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@survivorfitness.com.au. The effective date, notice period and any amount payable depend on your membership type and accepted agreement.

Fixed-term memberships

Six- and 12-month memberships are commitments for the selected term. Early-cancellation rights, costs and special circumstances, including permanent sickness or incapacity, are set out in the membership agreement.

No-lock-in membership

The no-lock-in option offers greater flexibility. Its written notice period and final billing arrangements are set out in the membership agreement.

Membership suspension

Membership suspension conditions, including eligibility, available suspension periods, evidence requirements and any applicable fees, are set out in the membership agreement.

Direct debit

GymMaster and its payment provider manage recurring payments. The membership agreement and direct-debit authority disclose payment dates, applicable fees, failed-payment handling and how to update payment details.
